Commissioning and Start up
Starting the life of your system off with an approved atg UV Technology commission ensures your new investment has been correctly installed, calibrated and is working at the optimum performance from day one. Additionally, commissioning by an authorised atg UV Technician is the first step in validating your industry exclusive five year warranty.
A standard commissioning visit includes:
Electrical & mechanical installation inspection
Final electrical connection
Calibration of UV system to site specific parameters
Testing of fault settings, alarms & procedures
Sign off, acceptance and reporting

As a continuation of our partnership, atg UV offer a range of service contracts from 1 to 5 years. Regular service and maintenance of your UV system not only provides you with peace of mind, but will significantly extend the life of your investment, optimise process performance and ensure reliability of the system.

Spares & Consumables
The atg UV team have designed and developed each system and spare parts with the upmost care to ensure continued quality, safety and overall longevity of your atg UV Technology system. If non-genuine parts are used to maintain any system, this will invalidate the UV disinfection performance and warranty.

The five year warranty is a sure sign of quality, demonstrating that atg UV Technology not only works hard to provide world class UV system designs, but continues to provide customers with a world class after sales support service.
The exclusive manufacturers extended 5 year warranty covers UV chambers, mechanical parts and electrical components. Please note, you must hold an authorised service provider certificate to validate this exclusive five year warranty. Please contact service team for further information.
Applications specifying guaranteed performance often require independent 3rd party validation protocols such as US EPA UVDGM or NWRI.
The atg UV range of validated UV systems utilise 3rd party approved UV intensity probes. In accordance with the validation protocols, the UV intensity probes are required to be returned for calibration annually. atg UV offer both service exchange and new UV probes from stock.
