Training Conference brings International Success
At atg Evoqua, we pride ourselves on the strength of our distributor relationships. As the ambassadors of atg Evoqua around the globe, our distributors & service engineers are a crucial and valued extension of the atg Evoqua family.
As part of atg UV’s commitment to our growing network of distributors and clients worldwide, this week we proudly hosted an International Training Conference for service teams and representative organisations from our global support network.
With a continued focus on quality, the 2 day conference covered a combination of theory and hands-on mechanical & electrical service training, fault finding and UV disinfection process training, in order to ensure service engineers and representatives are able to provide customers with the highest level of expertise and technical knowledge.
In addition to the standard product range training, the conference provided detailed training on atg UV’s newly released, next generation UV systems. This included the most compact UV system on the market; the WF (Wafer) range, and the leading municipal drinking water UV system; the UVLX range.
“The course was not only designed to increase knowledge of our products, installation and maintenance best practice, it was important for us to strengthen relationships and meet face-to-face with those in the field that we speak to on a regular basis. The conference was a great success with fantastic feedback from all attendees, who are now fully certified service providers, which is an important part of our exclusive 5 year warranty.
