Members of the atg UV Team paid a visit last week to ‘The Storehouse Project’ to showcase our ongoing support as part of an open day organised by the charity. The event was attended by a wide of range supporters, from individuals that the Storehouse have helped, to the van drivers that interact with the most vulnerable in the community on a daily basis, to local business and council members.
The Storehouse Centre Managers and Chairman, Nolan Bradshaw, explained the humble origins of the charity as a local food bank and how it evolved to an essential public service. All of the supporters of the charity went on to take part in an interactive session, asking questions and discussing future plans and goals.
