Our vast experience with UV Drinking Water Treatment applications worldwide allows atg UV Technology to provide tailored solutions to meet almost any specification.   

In order to meet the requirements of the DWI (UK Drinking Water Inspectorate) and drinking water specifications worldwide, such as NiPH and the WHO (World Health Organisation) guidelines, atg UV Technology offer a large range of independently 3rd party validated UV systems for guaranteed disinfection performance.  Performed under a variety of test conditions, all atg UV Technology drinking water UV disinfection systems are biometrically tested using live surrogate microorganisms, such as B. Subtilis, and T1, MS2 phage, to ensure UV disinfection performance against pathogens, such as Cryptosporidium, E Coli and Adenovirus.    

For drinking water applications, atg UV Technology validated UV systems are sized to deliver a standard 40 mJ/cm2 RED UV Dose, or a 3 log (99.9%) to 5 log (99.999%) reduction of Cryptosporidium.  For specialist applications, such as Adenovirus, UV doses of 120 mJ/cm2 RED are available.  Standard drinking applications include: -
